Audio Capture And Analytics Platform OrecX Acquired By CallMiner

Business conversation analytics platform CallMiner has announced it has acquired OrecX, a dynamic speech analytics and audio capture tool. The new partnership enables CallMiner’s technology product offerings with a robust selection of audio and screen capture capabilities.
