Talkwalker Upgrades Product Review Capabilities With Reviewbox Addition

Global consumer intelligence platform Talkwalker has announced it has acquired Reviewbox, an E-commerce data management solution used by brands such as Whirlpool, Gorilla Glue, and McCormick to monitor their customer feedback.
The acquisition is designed to allow Talkwalker’s consumer insights to integrate with Reviewbox’s data metrics and analytics. The move upgrades Talkwalker’s analytics capabilities, specifically with consumer and social media data.
Reviewbox automatically gathers product reviews from online retail sites sites like Amazon and Walmart. It then compiles it in a single location so brands can quickly respond to consumer reviews and optimize their future strategies based on the feedback.
