Telmar’s Acquisition Of Helixa Upgrades Quality Consumer Insights

The move combines two solutions dedicated to helping creative agencies gather more valuable customer insights.

Telmar, a global advertising and media solutions leader, has announced it is upgrading its audience intelligence capabilities by acquiring Helixa. The move empowers Telmar’s cloud-based tools with research insights that Helixa gathers based on public social data.

“Telmar’s acquisition of Helixa marks an exciting stage of growth and innovation for our clients, our teams and the media planning sector as a whole,” said James Ingram, CEO of Telmar. “Telmar’s expansion into social media intelligence, combined with our current audience measurement, analysis and media planning tools, offers users valuable insights into deeper human and consumer behavior.”

The acquisition is designed to enhance Telmar’s audience analytics through Helixa’s AI solutions. The combined suite of media planning tools and data integration solutions helps brands gain a deeper understanding of their consumer insights.

For Helixa, the move will be used to help fuel its global expansion and develop its product innovations. Helixa clients will notice a number of new media planning tools and global data sets to impact engagement mediums such as audio, video, and spot optimization.

New York-based Helixa was founded in 2018 with the vision to help brands and marketers connect to their audiences in meaningful and efficient ways. Its platform is used around the world by creative marketing agencies like Nemo Design, Rauxa, Collab, and VMLY&R.

By joining Telmar, an international solution trusted by over 10,000 users at 600 customers, Helixa has an opportunity to grow further on a global scale. Some of Telmar’s top media and advertising clients include BBC, Omnicom Media Group, Bauer Media Group, and Havas Group.
