Gupshup Acquires Knowlarity, Upgrades Voice Communication Solutions

Industry-leading conversational engagement platform Gupshup has announced that it has acquired cloud communications solution Knowlarity Communications. The strategic move helps Gupshup upgrade its conversational messaging suite with a full lineup of voice, text, video, and AI communication tools.
