Bigtincan, one of the world’s most powerful sales enablement platforms, has announced it will be acquiring Brainshark, another similar leading sales readiness solution. The integration will aim to create expanded training and development capabilities designed to empower the most comprehensive platform in the industry.

The move advances buyer and seller enablement with developmental coursework creation capabilities, video coaching, and assessment opportunities to test a team’s readiness. The integration aims to sustain customer-facing teams and customers alike.

“Sales professionals, and all customer-facing teams for that matter, need to be 100% ‘buyer-ready’ to guide people to the best decisions when they choose to engage with your brand,” said David Keane, CEO and Co-Founder of Bigtincan. “The addition of Brainshark’s Sales Readiness technology to our platform gives our customers the best opportunity to deliver the buying experience of the future and keep their brand’s promise to their buyers.”

Customer service and sales teams need to understand how to interact with their audience to optimize their performance. With the new integration, sales and marketing leaders can visualize their training regimens and assess their team’s readiness in real time, addressing improvements as they come.

Bigtincan user companies like Nike, AT&T, and Prudential will have the ability to measure their customer interactions and learn more about how their campaigns impact revenue.
