Ungerboeck, the industry-leading event management software solution, has announced it has acquired Priava in a move designed to accelerate its remote and hybrid event management capabilities. Priava is an award-winning cloud-based event management system that takes advantage of a comprehensive suite of tools and features.

“This acquisition accelerates our objective to grow internationally,” said Fred Lazzerini, Ungerboeck Senior Vice President, International. “We’re bringing in more venues in the Ungerboeck community, and adding staff in Australia, India, and the UK which gives us growth capacity.”

With the acquisition, Ungerboeck aims to accelerate its product development and expand its market share around the world. By acquiring a company such as Priava, which has an impressive standing in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, Ungerboeck can continue to develop its international growth.

Priava’s standard end-to-end solution features multiple tools to help business organizations manage their tasks, monitor advanced analytics, cloud storage, opportunity identification, and more. Users can upgrade their tool belt to include more advanced modules designed to help event planners manage catering, online bookings, ticketing, event calendars, and more features to help them produce high-quality events.

The solution is used by customers managing nearly every type of event venue from sports stadiums and performing arts venues to museums and corporate meeting rooms.

“This is an extremely exciting moment in Priava’s history,” said Tom Gleeson, Group CEO of Priava. “In joining forces with Ungerboeck, we will build on the momentum we have created and work together to deliver state-of-the-art venue and event management solutions to drive the industry forward.”
