Ungerboeck, the industry-leading event management software solution, has announced it has acquired Priava in a move designed to accelerate its remote and hybrid event management capabilities. Priava is an award-winning cloud-based event management system that takes advantage of a comprehensive suite of tools and features.

Priava’s standard end-to-end solution features multiple tools to help business organizations manage their tasks, monitor advanced analytics, cloud storage, opportunity identification, and more. Users can upgrade their tool belt to include more advanced modules designed to help event planners manage catering, online bookings, ticketing, event calendars, and more features to help them produce high-quality events.
The solution is used by customers managing nearly every type of event venue from sports stadiums and performing arts venues to museums and corporate meeting rooms.

Research suggests that around 73 percent of event planners have been able to successfully transition their event strategies from in-person to virtual. Globally, the virtual events market is only expected to grow, with some projections predicting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.2 percent between 2020 and 2027.
