Act-On Software, an industry-leading marketing automation platform designed to help users optimize customer journeys, has announced a new integration with Zendesk’s CRM software. The move expands Act-On’s market presence to help businesses grow as the software solution can now be integrated with multiple major CRM platforms.

The integration equips Zendesk users with the tools to monitor behavioral data and take advantage of templates and contact methods to automate lead qualification. Users can employ the integration to learn more about their customers and how they can personalize their messaging to boost success.
