ServiceTitan Announces Acquisition Of Aspire Software
The commercial services software company plans to invest in its growth by acquiring one of America’s fastest growing companies of 2021.

Aspire Software, a cloud-based business management SaaS solution for landscape and construction companies, announced it will be acquired by industry-leading ServiceTitan.
The deal is ServiceTitan’s second in the past year, preceded by its acquisition of ServicePro. The $9.5 billion company helps empower over 7,500 home and commercial service trade businesses, and is backed by investors such as Bessemer Venture Partners, ICONIQ Growth, and Tiger Global Management.

Chesterfield, Missouri-based Aspire Software was founded in 2014 by Tipton and Kevin Kehoe. Since its origin, the company has grown to support hundreds of commercial landscapers in executing nearly $4 billion in annual transactions. Through the deal, both Aspire and ServiceTitan customers can expect growing product enhancements and improved customer service.
The solution has been named on of America’s Fastest Growing Companies by the Financial Times, as well as one of St. Louis’ 10 fastest growing companies by the St. Louis Business Journal.
